General Provisions and Definitions

These terms and conditions ("Terms") apply to the betjdb platform and all associated services. "User" or "Member" refers to any person who holds a registered account on betjdb or accesses the platform. "Services" includes betjdb's sports betting, casino games, live casino and other entertainment activities.

Account Registration and Eligibility

2.1 Age Requirement

To open an account and use the services on betjdb, a member must be at least 21 years of age. betjdb may request identity documents or proof of age at any time for verification. If anyone is found operating an account on behalf of a minor, the account will be closed immediately and betjdb reserves the right to withhold any deposited funds.

2.2 One Account Policy

Each individual may operate only one account. If a single person is found to have multiple accounts, all accounts will be cancelled and the associated balances may be forfeited. Attempting to claim bonus benefits through multiple accounts will be treated as fraud.

2.3 Accuracy of Information

All information provided at registration — name, date of birth, mobile number and payment details — must be completely accurate and up to date. Providing false information may result in betjdb suspending or cancelling the account.

Deposits, Withdrawals and Payments

3.1 Deposit Methods and Minimum Amount

betjdb currently accepts deposits via bKash, Nagad, Rocket and bank transfer (including Dutch-Bangla Bank, BRAC Bank, Islami Bank and other major commercial banks). The minimum deposit amount for any method is ৳500.

3.2 Withdrawal Rules

The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳1,000. Withdrawals generally take between 30 minutes and 3 hours to complete. betjdb reserves the right to verify identity before processing a withdrawal request. Withdrawals can only be made through the same method used for the deposit — bKash, Nagad, Rocket or bank transfer.

3.3 Account Verification

Before a significant withdrawal, or upon request by betjdb, the member may be required to submit a copy of their national identity card or passport and proof of ownership of the payment method. The withdrawal process may be delayed until verification is complete.

3.4 Transaction Security

All financial transactions are secured through SSL encryption. Transactions via third-party accounts are prohibited — deposits and withdrawals must always be made from a payment account registered in the member's own name.

Bonus and Promotion Terms

4.1 Welcome Bonus

New members receive a 120% bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳5,000. The bonus amount must be wagered 20 times (20x) before it can be withdrawn. For example: on a ৳1,000 deposit the bonus will be ৳1,200, giving a total balance of ৳2,200; before withdrawing this bonus, a wager of ৳1,200 × 20 = ৳24,000 must be completed.

4.2 General Bonus Terms

• Bonuses are always subject to wagering requirements — bonus funds cannot be withdrawn directly.
• No other bonus may be claimed while one bonus is active, unless betjdb expressly permits it.
• Winnings earned from a bonus may be capped at a specified amount — see the details of each promotion.
• If betjdb determines that any bonus has been misused or manipulated, the bonus and any associated winnings will be cancelled.
• betjdb's decision on any bonus-related matter is final.

4.3 Promotional Offers

All promotions — including weekly rewards, cricket festival bonuses, birthday gifts and referral rewards — have their own specific terms. The bonus cannot be withdrawn unless the wagering requirement stated in each offer is met. betjdb reserves the right to modify, suspend or cancel any promotion at any time.

Betting and Gaming Rules

5.1 Bet Validity

betjdb reserves the right to cancel or recalculate any bet placed due to a technical error or incorrectly displayed odds. Any bet accepted after an event has started due to a system error will be considered void.

5.2 Sports Betting

For determining results in sports betting, betjdb follows the outcomes of internationally recognised sports governing bodies. If a match is cancelled or postponed before the scheduled time, betjdb will settle bets in accordance with standard rules.

5.3 Casino Games

betjdb's casino section offers content from international game providers including Pragmatic Play, PG Soft, JILI and Evolution. The RTP (Return to Player) rate of each game is set by the game provider; this rate is reflected in overall statistical outcomes over the long term, not in any individual session.

5.4 Manipulation and Misconduct

Bots, automated software, manipulative strategies or any other misconduct are strictly prohibited. If any such activity is detected, the account will be closed immediately and the balance may be forfeited.

Account Security and Privacy

Keeping your account login details completely confidential is your own responsibility. You are strongly advised not to share your password with anyone. If you suspect any unauthorised access, notify the betjdb support team immediately.

The member is responsible for all activities carried out through their account. If someone claims their account was used without authorisation, the burden of proof rests with the member.

• Suspicion of money laundering or illegal financial activity.
• Breach of any clause of these terms and conditions.

8.2 Closure by the Member

A member may request closure of their own account at any time. All pending bets must be settled and any valid withdrawals completed before the account is closed.

Participation in gaming is entirely at the member's own will and risk. betjdb never guarantees specific winnings and is not obligated to provide financial compensation for losses.

Mobile Application

betjdb's Android (APK) and iOS versions are available through official channels. These same terms and conditions apply in full to use of the service via the mobile app. Downloading the app from unauthorised third-party sources is risky and betjdb will accept no liability for this.

Amendments and Enforceability

If any clause of these terms is found to be legally unenforceable, it will not affect the enforceability of the remaining clauses. betjdb may modify any part of these terms at any time and a notice of the change will be published on the platform.
